Our Policies

• Pricing: We strive to provide the highest quality at competitive prices. Most of our perennials are in 1 quart, 2 quart and gallon containers and generally perennial prices range from $6.00 to $15.00. Our trees and shrubs range from 1 gallon to 7 gallon containers and prices vary by species and size from $16 to $50. Contact us for our current retail price list.
  
  
• Discounts: We provide discounts to customers with a retail sale license and to not-for-profit 501(c) (3) organizations engaged in environmental restoration and educational fund-raising activities promoting the use of native plants in the landscape. We also offer regular retail customers a 10% discount for single orders over $500.
  
  
• Appointments: We are not able to accommodate customers without an appointment. Please contact us by phone or email with your questions and orders so we can check availability, respond with current pricing information and arrange a convenient time for you to visit the nursery and pick up your plants. We also offer the opportunity to shop at Native Plant Sales and open-houses held at the Nursery throughout the growing season. Check back often for a listing of these dates.  

• Payment: Payment is due in full upon receipt of plants for all customers without established credit. Payment must include 6% Pennsylvania sales tax unless we have a current Pennsylvania Exemption Certificate on file for your organization. Payment must be made in cash or by check from a local bank. We do not accept credit cards. 
  
  
• Credit: Customers with established credit may be extended terms of Net 30 days. A finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% annually) will be added to all past due accounts. A deposit may be required at the time of order and a holding fee may be charged for orders held over 30 days from the scheduled pickup date.  

• Delivery: You must pick up your plants at the nursery. We will load them in your vehicle, at your request.  

• Guarantee: We guarantee all plants to be true to name and healthy upon receipt. Because Meadowood Nursery has no control over the design or installation of your planting, we cannot offer any guarantee of plant survival.

• Conditions: All orders are accepted subject to natural disasters, crop failures or conditions beyond our control.

• Liability: Meadowood Nursery’s total liability is limited to replacement or credit.
  
  
• Jurisdiction: Any disputed claims must be resolved in Dauphin County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania

Attention Retail Customers:

It is our goal to meet all of our customers’ needs. We focus primarily on supplying native plants for environmental restoration, educational/demonstration projects and fund-raising activities to promote the use of native plants in the landscape. We sell wholesale to customers with a retail sale license and not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organizations engaged in environmental restoration and educational fund-raising activities promoting the use of native plants in the landscape.

Please contact us for current wholesale price information and submit a current Pennsylvania Sales Tax Exemption Certificate from your organization to facilitate the order process.
